Joint Relief Bath Salts is a special blend of peppermint, eucalyptus, lavender and nutmeg. All together these ingredients help to soothe joints and help relax the body. Bottle contains about 14 oz of salts. Each Bottle will come with a mesh bag to place salts in. This will help collect dried flowers, so they wont harm your pluming. 

Oils

Peppermint: contains menthol which has a cooling effect, which in tern can help sore muscles. It is also considered an antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory 

Nutmeg: is known for anti inflammatory properties, as well as pain relief properties. Also considered an antispasmodic 

Eucalyptus: has anti inflammatory properties, pain relieving properties and can help clear the mind. Helping you to relax mentally and physically your body will follow. 

Lavender: helps to calm you mentally, so your body can help relax as well. Has been known to help increase blood flow and relieve muscle spasms.
